At our training sessions, we aim to improve communication within teams. Effective communication is key, whether on the shop floor, athletic field, operating room, or blast furnace. We want to ensure that everyone listens to each other and that discussions lead to actionable outcomes.
The training session lasts an entire working day. Before the training, I have a detailed meeting with the client to discuss the situation and establish the training’s structure.
After the client pays a deposit of €100, we collaborate to plan the day and location. The training price for up to 16 participants is €1950, excluding VAT.

Roel heeft voor een meisjes hockeyteam een fantastische teamtraining verzorgd. Door zijn veelzijdige achtergrond – met daarin zowel ervaring als hockeyer en hockeycoach, en ervaring met het leiden van teams op de werkvloer – maakte hij er een aansprekende training van, die goed aansloot bij de manier van denken, de ervaringen, en de ambities van de spelers in het team. Door leuke werkvormen liet hij de spelers ervaren hoe wat ze tegen elkaar zeggen op en naast het veld invloed heeft, en hoe ze op een positieve manier kunnen communiceren, ook als het spannend wordt.
