Many people see classical music as hard to reach, just for decoration, or only for experts and concertgoers, not for everyday life. At the same time, lots of us deal with mental clutter, trouble focusing, and feeling out of touch with our own creativity or talents.

This comes through blog stories, curated playlists, and the hands-on “Talent Box.” MusikRoel is a trusted source for learning about and enjoying classical music, blending music, philosophy, and personal growth. It uses music to cultivate focus, creativity, and reflection, not just as an academic subject or a form of performance art.
MusikRoel is based on Roel Arnold’s background:
- Lifelong immersion in classical music — his passion for it was evident, as the site puts it, as soon as he could walk, and as a student, he learned piano (especially Mozart’s sonatas) and saxophone in a brass band.
- His time in Vienna was special—he saw the city as a paradise because he could attend performances at many opera houses and enjoy world-class classical music.
- He was a member of the ÖSV, Austria’s composers and songwriters association. His first steps there included writing music stories, producing an audiobook, and teaching assignments. This membership gives him professional recognition in the music world.
- He also taught at universities in Eindhoven and Zagreb, gaining teaching experience even while working in marketing and sales instead of following a traditional conservatory path.
- His path was unusual but relevant. He couldn’t attend a conservatory, so he went to business university instead. Ironically, it was classical music that helped him graduate. This shows he has always used musical thinking to solve challenges outside of music—which is at the heart of what MusikRoel offers: using music for clarity, focus, and creativity.
Roel Arnold is both a practitioner and a storyteller. He knows classical music deeply, both personally and as a performer. He has formal teaching experience and music association credentials, and he has spent his career turning his passion into lessons, stories, and products that anyone can enjoy.

I always dreamed of going to the music conservatory, this didn’t happen and ever I since got skilled in making contacts and creating dialogues, explaining theories and concepts.
